ATTENTION BLOKES!
We know times are tough, so we’ve made it easier to get started. Instead of paying $320 upfront, pay only $150 for your bloodwork.
At I Got My Life Back, all prescription treatments and related medications are dispensed and shipped by our partner pharmacy. We do not directly pack or ship medications ourselves.
Once your consultation, clinical assessment, and prescribing steps are complete, and if treatment is approved, your prescription and order details may be provided to our partner pharmacy for dispensing and fulfilment.
Orders are only processed once:
All medications are supplied by a licensed partner pharmacy in accordance with applicable Australian legal and regulatory requirements. In Australia, prescription medicines are supplied by a pharmacist on a doctor’s prescription, or by another authorised health professional in limited settings.
Because dispensing and shipping are performed externally by our partner pharmacy, shipping timeframes may vary depending on:
Estimated shipping and delivery timeframes provided on our website, in email communications, or during checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
While we and our partner pharmacy aim to ensure prompt processing and dispatch, delays can occur that are outside our direct control, including courier disruptions, public holidays, weather events, remote-area servicing, and pharmacy processing requirements.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout or otherwise advised to you before payment is completed.
Depending on the product, shipment type, and courier requirements, deliveries may:
You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address and contact details are correct at the time of ordering.
If you provide an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, your order may be delayed, returned, or unable to be delivered.
Where re-delivery or redirection is required due to incorrect details provided by you, additional shipping charges may apply.
If your order is lost, significantly delayed, arrives damaged, or you believe there is an issue with delivery, please contact us as soon as possible.
Because shipping is fulfilled by our partner pharmacy and external courier providers, we may need to liaise with the dispensing pharmacy and/or courier to investigate the issue.
Nothing in this policy excludes any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Once medication has been dispensed and shipped by the partner pharmacy, orders generally cannot be cancelled, returned, or exchanged for change of mind, except where required by law.
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, medications that have been dispensed or supplied are generally not suitable for return for resale or reuse.
We currently ship only to addresses within Australia.
We may decline to process or ship orders to certain locations where delivery is unavailable, restricted, or inappropriate for the product being supplied.
